The Benton-Franklin Volunteer Center serves over 200 local non-profit organizations in Benton and Franklin counties.  Over 5,000 volunteers are registered with the Center.  The Retired and Senior Volunteer Program serves volunteers aged 55 and over.  The Volunteer Resources Program places potential volunteers under the age of 55.
Our Mission:

To Promote and Support Effective Volunteerism By:
  • Building public awareness and understanding of the importance of volunteerism.
  • Recruiting and matching volunteers with service opportunities.
  • Providing training and technical assistance in volunteerism to the public, private, and voluntary sectors.
  • Mobilizing community resources to meet community needs.
The Benton-Franklin Volunteer Center is a memober of the Points of Light Foundation Volunteer Center National Network and a participating agency of the United Way of Benton and Franklin counties.
