The Volunteer Center of Clallam County, formed in December 2007, is a one-stop volunteer clearinghouse linking people of all ages who want to contribute their talent and time to directly assist agencies in meeting community needs in Clallam County.

We take the time to work one-on-one with every volunteer that comes through our door. If you have questions about volunteering or want to register for a volunteer orientation, call us at (360) 504-1201. We'll help you discover your skills and interests and get you started in your volunteering life.

Provide North Olympic Peninsula Citizens with a easy access to a wide variety of opportunities to connect to their community through service.

2. Build the Capacity for Effective Local Volunteering
Help the agencies, businesses & individuals who work with volunteers excel at recruiting, managing & retaining volunteers.

3. Promote Volunteerism
Raise awareness of the power of service, encourage people to volunteer, provide information about volunteerism and recognize the contributions of volunteers.

4. Participate in Strategic Initiatives that Mobilize Volunteers to Meet Local Community Needs
Serve as a catalyst for local partnerships and collaborations with businesses, law enforcement, grassroots groups. schools and community leaders to identify needs and mobilize volunteer response.
